About The Position

We're looking for a Product Content Writer Intern who loves clarity, simplicity, and making complex things easier to understand. Someone who can translate technical details into clean, user-friendly content that elevates the entire product experience. You'll work on documentation, help articles, release notes, UI content, and product explainer materials that help users get the most out of Talview's platform. If you're the type of person who mentally rewrites awkward sentences or enjoys simplifying complex ideas - you'll feel right at home. No one expects you to know everything from day one. You'll be mentored by experienced PMs, designers, and content specialists to help you grow.

Requirements

  • A degree (or are currently pursuing one) in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Communications, English, or related fields
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Comfort communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curiosity about user behavior, product workflows, and UX writing

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or similar
  • Experience working on documentation, support content, or product writing
  • Interest in how microcopy and product communication affect user experience

Responsibilities

  • Edit with precision → Craft content that is shorter, clearer, more consistent, and more user-friendly
  • Deliver accurate product documentation → Ensure all content is technically correct through collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Create high-quality user-facing content → Write guides, help articles, how-tos, and product explanations
  • Learn fast & adapt → Understand new product features, tools, and workflows quickly
  • Improve content quality → Enhance clarity, structure, and usability across all product content
  • Write with minimalism principles → Create clean, concise content that focuses on real user needs
  • Break down complexity → Translate technical concepts into simple, human-centered language
  • Work independently → Manage assignments proactively with minimal supervision
