About The Position

Seagate’s Product Assurance Engineering Team is part of the Seagate Quality function and is responsible for the verification and validation of products in Seagate’s HDD, SSD, and Systems portfolios. We are a fast-paced, global team with the objective of delivering the world’s most affordable solutions for mass-capacity environments. Provide on-site analytical, coordination, and administrative support to product assurance and reliability test engineers.
Learn and apply problem solving techniques, data collection, and analysis techniques to investigate, identify potential root cause of problems.
Interact and coordinate with other design engineering functions that results in successful delivery of cross-functional solutions.
Generate process improvement ideas, including ML and AI applications, and actively participate in design discussions.
Perform drive level testing and continuously monitor the product performance and quality.
About you:
Interested in HDD/SDD/System industry and technology.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable prioritizing and balancing multiple projects and activities concurrently.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent discipline and returning to classes in Fall 2026
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Have hands-on lab experience or willing to learn
