We are currently looking for Product and GTM manager of South EU, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; majors in Automotive Engineering or related fields are a plus.
• Five years or more of experience in product-related fields (market research, product technology, product strategy) preferred, with a deep understanding of product launch and marketing processes, and familiarity with the characteristics and requirements of product strategy in the automotive industry.
• Able to efficiently mobilize and coordinate cross-functional resources, with strong stress resistance as well as excellent decision-making and communication skills.
• Possess strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a proactive work attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Able to use English as a working language, one of Europe languages(Spanish, Italian etc.) will be a plus, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching and providing feedback on market insights and demand analysis within the subsidiary.
• Responsible for researching and providing feedback on product definition and technical requirements within the South EU region.
• Track the development progress of related products within the south EU region, coordinate requirements, and provide supporting assistance.
• Responsible for and execute IPMS-related product business activities within the south EU region.
• Continuously build and improve the south EU's product business processes, and formulate annual work plans and budgets.
• Interface with the regional center on product domains and GTM, and promptly collect and provide feedback on product-related outcomes.
• All the product related workstreams (product pricing analysis + price setting, positioning etc.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.
