About The Position

We are looking for a Product and Content Marketing Lead to develop and evolve the foundational positioning and messaging for a newly launched GTM motion at Rippling. You will craft and refine Rippling's value proposition for this new GTM motion, and create content across channels and tactics (e.g. ads, emails, webinars, events). You will iterate rapidly on positioning, collateral, and campaign narratives, ensuring every touchpoint (from sales decks to retargeting ads) clearly communicates Rippling's value proposition to a new segment. This is a high-ownership, 0 → 1 builder role - ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, acts with urgency, and wants to build high-impact programs from the ground up. You'll work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Sales Development and Business Operations to shape and scale this brand new motion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a similarly dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in 0 → 1 environments - you've launched and scaled new GTM motions, products, or marketing programs from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging and content across a range of channels (sales decks, ads, emails, etc.). Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with an ability to shift tone and style across formats
  • Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with competing priorities and evolving requirements
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and ops teams to align on strategy and drive continued execution. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: experience in cross-sell motions, downmarket marketing, and/or partnership-driven GTM strategies
  • Experience simplifying complex products and value propositions for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine messaging & positioning tailored towards a new customer audience; simplify complex value propositions into clear, concise, and compelling messages that resonate with this new customer audience
  • Create high-quality collateral and content across all GTM channels: direct mail, email, ads, webinars, sales decks, and more, supporting campaigns across all customer segments, with distinct, clear narratives
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to ensure campaign messaging is tested, iterated, and optimized based on performance and feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, BizOps, Sales, and SDR teams to ensure messaging is consistent, actionable, and drives measurable impact.
  • Maintain a library of up-to-date materials (one-pagers, talk tracks, email templates, ad copy, pitch decks, etc.) to support sales and marketing execution
  • Establish feedback loops with GTM teams to iterate on content and positioning based on customer response and campaign data.
