Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to play a critical role in shaping product success by driving strategic marketing initiatives that maximize monetization across our card and financial products. You'll define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies while translating product initiatives into compelling campaigns that drive direct deposit enrollment, card activation, transaction volume, and marketplace engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to integrate creativity with data, leveraging customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to refine messaging and optimize acquisition and retention strategies. You'll work autonomously while partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints.
