About The Position

Product & Administration Specialist I Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Product & Administration Specialist I is responsible for collaborating with Vision sales and operations and supporting product administration. How you will make an impact: Responds to questions and concerns from the sales and operations teams. Provides support for product conversions, migrations and implementations. Supports the coordination of proposal activities and responses with other operating areas such as claims, underwriting, sales, customer service, membership, and vendor relations. Participate in strategy meetings with sales to determine product design and competitiveness. Edits and reviews of collateral materials and communications. Supports special projects. Establishes and maintains knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, related programs, and data integrity issues. Running standard reports from data warehouse. Serves as a liaison with all vendors, business, marketing, and shared service partners.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience learning and using internal company systems is preferred.
  • Strong multitaskers who can manage priorities, stay organized under pressure, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
