About The Position

Changing Lives Productions, the in-house video production company of Dhar Mann Studios, is seeking a Producer's Assistant. Dhar Mann Studios is the #1 creator of scripted positive content online, with over 163 million followers and 45+ billion views across various platforms, generating over 1 billion views monthly. The company produces several hours of original content weekly, focusing on messages of compassion, kindness, and altruism, delivering powerful life lessons that resonate globally. Founded by Dhar Mann, recognized as a "Moral Philosopher of YouTube" and a Time Top 100 Creator, the studio's mission is to change lives through storytelling. The primary role of the Producer's Assistant is to support the Senior Producer across all aspects of the content production pipeline at Dhar Mann Studios, including scripting, pre-production, production, and post-production, handling miscellaneous tasks both on-set and in the office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of production company, on-set, or studio experience, with an emphasis on coordination or project management.
• Must be systems and process oriented.
• You are hyper organized and can build grids and graphs to track tasks / log data!
• Must have creative eye in production design, props, and/or wardrobe
• Must be able to contribute constructively during the pre production, production, and post production process
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solution-oriented with the ability to creatively solve problems during shoots

Nice To Haves

• Vibecoding experience / experience building AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Producer through scripting, pre-production, production, and post production with miscellaneous tasks both on-set and in the office.
• Helping to follow up across departments with pending tasks and improve processes.
• Track action items in an organized system and follow up about timelines, deadlines, and progress.
• Managing crew and talent while on-set to make sure they are focused and their needs are taken care of – we all help to keep morale high!
• Assist in improving processes and systems – you will assist in creating functional AI tools to help find efficiencies!
