About The Position

As the Producer Senior Specialist , you'll be a key member of Yellow Tag Productions. You will be responsible for producing internal and external facing video projects that engage Best Buy employees and customers while elevating our culture and brand. This role blends line producing and content-producing skills to manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution. You'll partner closely with Yellow Tag teammates, clients, and freelance crews to deliver video solutions that meet communications objectives. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Requirements

3 years of producing experience
3 years of project management experience
Strong communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and facilitation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in communications, media, film, business, liberal arts, or related field
3 years of professional experience in on-site video production, including work with production protocol, legal requirements, and brand standards
Demonstrated experience managing production budgets and vendor negotiations
Familiarity with corporate brand storytelling and internal communications
Ability to travel for productions plus work flexible hours, including early mornings, extended days and occasional weekend, based on production needs.

Responsibilities

Produce videos that utilize both line-producing and content-producing skills.
Create proposals, develop budgets, attend scope-of-work meetings, and build production timelines.
Oversee all aspects of pre-production, on-set production, post-production supervision, and the approval process.
Manage production financials, processes paperwork, maintains thorough records, and ensures complete project wrap.
Assign and manage staffing for projects, including hiring and negotiating with freelance crew and vendor partners.
Coordinate production logistics such as casting talent, securing props and wardrobe, arranging craft services, or supporting talent preparation as needed.
Ensure projects meet Best Buy's brand standards and production protocols.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Yellow Tag teammates and internal business partners to deliver high-quality, on strategy video communications.
Travel is required for video shoots and works flexible hours when needed to support production schedules.
