In this role you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and managing sales growth within the ESS channel. In this role, you will identify and formulate plans to grow market share, attain business objects and meet or exceed sales plans. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong communicator and collaborator, efficient at building relationships at a corporate level, financially proficient and strike the right balance between qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions.
