About The Position

Vertiv powers the world’s most critical digital infrastructure — from hyperscale data centers to AI‑driven environments. As part of our Americas Procurement team, you’ll help strengthen the systems and insights that keep these operations running at peak performance. The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst is a key partner to Commodity Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations. You will turn data into clear insights, support cost‑savings and quoting analysis, and drive reporting and process improvements across the procurement organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in analytical work, cross‑functional collaboration, and structured problem‑solving.

Requirements

  • Five years of analytical experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or related fields.
  • Five years supporting global procurement teams or multi‑region operations.
  • Three plus years using advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.
  • 3–5 years working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cost modeling, quoting analysis, or supplier risk assessment.
  • 3–5 years developing training materials or leading system/process training.
  • 3–5 years working with data governance, data integrity processes, or KPI dashboard design.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or critical‑infrastructure‑related industries.
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance (required).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and relational database querying.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues using advanced analytics and translate findings into recommendations.
  • Proven capability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate Procurement KPIs, savings data, PPV metrics, and iSave reporting.
  • Support cost‑savings analysis, quoting evaluations, inventory reduction, and supplier risk assessments.
  • Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to support procurement decision‑making.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate interactions between Procurement, Manila Service Center, Finance, and other groups.
  • Provide system and process training; develop supporting materials.
  • Leverage Manila‑based analysts to optimize workload distribution.
