About The Position
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Procurement Specialist for an in-office role supporting construction/restoration operations across Florida territories. This is a hands-on position focused on high-volume purchasing, vendor coordination, and supporting project teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and accurately.
Requirements
- 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience
- Construction or restoration industry experience (required)
- Strong PO management and multi-project support experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-volume purchase orders
- Ensure accurate cost coding and project alignment
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, and deliveries
- Track PO status, approvals, and timelines
- Support Project Managers and field teams with urgent requests
- Maintain procurement logs, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with invoice matching and vendor onboarding
