Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • 3+ years as a Buyer/Procurement Specialist (AG, O&G, or similar industrial environment preferred).
  • Proven delivery across sourcing, contracting and post-award management.
  • Collaborative, agile team player able to partner with suppliers and multi-discipline project teams.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; influence decisions with data and clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word; SAP experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • AG, O&G, or similar industrial environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing for projects and plants (goods, services and MRO) to meet scope, schedule and quality needs.
  • Run sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP), perform bid analyses and recommend awards with clear risk evaluations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions; support contract reviews and supplier relationship management.
  • Track contract and PO deliverables; ensure accurate, timely PO execution and on-time completion.
  • Monitor supplier performance with Supplier ScoreCards; address quality or delivery issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal customers to plan demand and align procurement activity to quantity/quality requirements.
  • Maintain anti-corruption and due-diligence checks to meet compliance standards.
