As Stemilt’s Procurement Specialist Support you are charged with managing and receiving in all requisitions and purchase order’s into Stemilt’s ERP software. This position supports four thousand Stemilters and it’s required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels, as well as transform purchase requisitions into purchase orders and review requisitions for completeness and accuracy. Stellar attention to detail a must.

Requirements

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office software
Associate’s degree (AA), or a combination of education and experience.
Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
Accuracy and integrity of data entry
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
Detail oriented for accuracy while working under deadlines
Highly organized
Be able to deliver high quality results with an exceptional transparent, consultative, and partnering attitude.
Ability to interact and connect with all Stemilters.
A commitment to understand that change is the only constant and a practice of change with purpose, flexibility, and adaptability is a must.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage contract PO’s & NSPOs
Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product, and delivery
Create releases against PO’s
Create Releases against receipts
Maintain vendor and contract folders
Run reports on vendors or categories
Problem solve pricing while communicating with requestors
Help with training of new requestors
Assist requestors on approved suppliers
Resolving issues with AP
Perform data entry
Update Utility spreadsheets
Problem solving ERP software Issues
