About The Position

As a Procurement Project Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting procurement projects and initiatives that drive efficiency and cost savings across the organization. This person selected for this position will work in our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
  • US Person due to contractual requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Data Analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with supplier management and negotiation processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in a corporate procurement environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier performance.
  • Coordinate procurement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Support supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
