About The Position

The Procurement Partner of Contracting is responsible for leading complex contracting initiatives and managing the full contract lifecycle for a wide range of goods, services, and operational agreements. This role combines strategic procurement expertise with contract negotiation and compliance oversight to ensure optimal value, service, and risk mitigation for the organization. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external vendors to ensure business needs for contracts are clearly understood and accurate. The incumbent is responsible for preparing and negotiating designated contracts, obtaining execution, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards and other responsibilities under the Contract Review and Approval Policy. Requirements

  • Master's Degree and 1-2 years experience Strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation or compliance monitoring experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience Strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation or compliance monitoring experience preferred.
  • HS diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience Strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation or compliance monitoring experience preferred.
