The Strategic Sourcing Analyst is responsible for leading complex sourcing initiatives for a wide range of goods, services, technology and equipment. This role combines strategic procurement expertise with sourcing activities involving market research, supplier identification and assessment, supplier selection, negotiation, relationship management, supply chain planning, and compliance oversight to ensure optimal value, service, and risk mitigation for the organization. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external vendors to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
