About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Manager (no direct reports) to join our team. As the primary contact for operational topics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and monitoring of our procurement processes. Your end-to-end perspective will allow you to focus on securing daily supply operations while continuously striving for improvements in our operational process landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and at least 2 or more years related experience.
• Proven experience in procurement operations management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement processes.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational management.
• Proficieny in SAP & MS Office with experience leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central operational liaison between EC Procurement, EC supply chain, and supplier operations, proactively preventing and resolving disruptions within the EC procurement process.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of procurement-related data and documents, maintaining global master data integrity.
• Collaborate with the entire procurement organization and supply chain to align, implement, and steer highly automated, harmonized, and state-of-the-art procurement processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Foster proactive communication and collaboration within the team and across departments, supporting a culture of teamwork.
• Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the procurement process, including negotiators and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and operational success.
• Take ownership of operational supply security for the region, ensuring the correctness of procurement-related master data entries and adherence to required documentation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchase-to-pay process.
