About The Position

Develop, refine, and maintain end to end procurement process flows (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay). Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience. Build and institutionalize procurement governance frameworks, including approval hierarchies, decision rights, and risk controls. Develop and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, work instructions, and documentation repositories. Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, finance, and audit requirements across all procurement operations. Drive adoption of governance standards across regions and business units through training and change management. Lead, manage, and fully own procurement-related projects, including process redesign, policy updates, technology rollouts, operational reporting improvements, and compliance initiatives. Define project charters, scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring cross‑functional alignment. Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts across all projects. Develop and deliver training content, playbooks, onboarding materials, and communication assets. Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations excellence, or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Source‑to‑Pay processes, policies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and documenting process flows (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN).
  • Proven ability to lead procurement or cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Regulatory and compliance experience related to procurement or operations
  • Contracts management experience, including knowledge of contract lifecycles, risk terms, and internal review processes
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification a plus)
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua
  • Background in internal controls, compliance, or procurement governance
  • Change management experience (Prosci or similar certification)
