Your opportunity Develop, refine, and maintain end to end procurement process flows (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay). Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience. Build and institutionalize procurement governance frameworks, including approval hierarchies, decision rights, and risk controls. Develop and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, work instructions, and documentation repositories. Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, finance, and audit requirements across all procurement operations. Drive adoption of governance standards across regions and business units through training and change management. Lead, manage, and fully own procurement-related projects , including process redesign, policy updates, technology rollouts, operational reporting improvements, and compliance initiatives. Define project charters, scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring cross‑functional alignment. Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts across all projects. Develop and deliver training content, playbooks, onboarding materials, and communication assets.
