About The Position

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category management strategies that drive cost reduction, value creation, and measurable bottom‑line impact. Assess realized benefits from sourcing initiatives and partner with Supply Chain to implement new processes and improvements. Build and maintain market intelligence capabilities—including data, supplier insights, and industry analysis—to support informed decision‑making. Evaluate sourcing strategies based on changing market conditions and contribute to internal and external analyses, negotiations, and supplier selection. Foster continuous personal development by seeking feedback, expanding skills, and staying current on procurement best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3–5 years of procurement and/or supply chain experience; Food & Beverage industry experience preferred. Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to influence outcomes. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to introduce and implement new programs and processes in a plant environment. Ability to travel as needed. Requirements
