About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to support our growing US operations. Based in New York, this role will focus on clinic-related procurement, supporting construction projects, sourcing equipment and materials, and managing supplier and logistics relationships. The role combines day-to-day procurement with opportunities to support longer-term procurement strategy as the business expands.

Requirements

• Procurement generalist with experience across areas such as facilities, construction, electromechanical sourcing, or logistics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing company or SME environment.
• Strong supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiations, and purchase order management.
• Support clinic construction projects by sourcing materials such as metal frameworks, beds, and facility equipment.
• Procure low-value medical devices (e.g. ECG and blood pressure monitors).
• Manage supplier relationships and support logistics coordination, including third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to support clinic development.
