About The Position

Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments, to optimize value. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in own area in line with regional supplier segmentation to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with Sourcing Lead and Regional Procurement director on initiatives to enhance sourcing governance and compliance framework within own area. Implement cost optimization initiatives in alignment with business priorities. Support initiatives aimed at increasing supplier ESG focus within the sourcing strategy development and implementation, and post-award contract management in collaboration with Global Sustainable Procurement and Risk Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or similar field
• Min 5 years direct procurement experience at a senior level.
• Minimum 2-3 years managing project procurement
• Demonstrated strong experience in leading sourcing strategies, complex negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of direct procurement end-to end processes covering Subcontracts, Sub Consultancy, Materials and Plant.
• In-depth professional knowledge of forms of contract, including Subcontracts, Sub Consultancy and Professional Services.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills; able to interpret spend data and drive value-based decisions.
• Proficiency in digital procurement tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, e-sourcing suites)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Category Management across multiple categories
• Project/program management capabilities, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Change management and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven leadership qualities
