About The Position
We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead a small, tight-knit purchasing team and oversee the sourcing and acquisition of large industrial goods and services within the oil and gas industry. This key leader will develop purchasing strategies, mentor a team of buyers and ensure cost-effective, timely procurement aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain management experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Industry experience in oil & gas or related fields
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but extensive, relevant experience may be considered.
