We are looking for a/an Procurement Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States . Your main tasks and responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for rotating equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Monitor market trends and assess risks to maintain competitive pricing and supply continuity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and establish purchasing plans. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards in all procurement activities. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes. Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment disputes with suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
