Requirements

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in procurement/logistics
  • Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
  • Proficiency in DoD property accountability systems (DPAS)
  • Experience with supply chain management
  • Skilled in inventory management
  • Strong contract compliance knowledge
  • Experience navigating DoDIN APL
  • Proficient in asset management practices
  • Must have an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • DAWIA certification in contracting
  • IUID/UID experience
  • DoD logistics systems knowledge
  • Vendor management experience
  • MIL-STD familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Manages procurement of all network hardware, software, and licenses
  • Ensures all equipment is COTS and on DoDIN APL
  • Coordinates Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP)
  • Manages equipment lifecycle and obsolescence tracking
  • Develops and maintains Equipment List Tool (ELT)
  • Coordinates with OEMs for product support
  • Manages Bill of Materials (BOM) development
  • Ensures Trade Agreement Act compliance
  • Coordinates IUID requirements and registration
  • Manages inventory accountability processes
  • Coordinates with Base Equipment Custodian
  • Ensures packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation compliance
