The Supply Chain Business Development Support Procurement Manager serves as the lead for Procurement and Supply Chain engagement across all Business Development (BD), capture, and proposal activities in pursuit of U.S. government and international defense programs. This position ensures Procurement supply chain strategies, supplier inputs, and cost proposals are compliant, competitive, and executable, directly contributing to the company’s growth and long-term mission objectives. This role requires extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, comprehensive understanding of FAR and DFARS regulatory frameworks, and deep familiarity with the organizational structures, priorities, and global operations of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. The individual in this position will leverage both internal and external expertise to develop innovative supply chain solutions that position the company for success in competitive government solicitations. This position operates under a hybrid work structure, combining remote flexibility with on-site participation for critical proposal reviews, supplier engagements, and program transition planning. Domestic and international travel may be required based on customer and program demands.
