About The Position

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement operations while managing our Mexico City–based procurement team. This role combines people leadership, operational execution, and analytics to ensure work is prioritized, processes are followed, and performance is visible. You will play a key role in connecting the CDMX team, other procurement managers, AP leadership, and BPO partners to drive alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will report into the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable on our Procure-to-Pay team in our Finance organization. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Support daily procurement operations, ensuring requests are processed accurately, on time, and in line with established policies and workflows. Support the Mexico City procurement team by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and coaching team members for consistent execution. Build and maintain regular operational reporting and “weather reports” to highlight strengths, gaps, risks, and trends in procurement operations. Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities to standardize processes, automate manual steps, or shift work to BPO partners in India. Act as a key coordination point between the CDMX team, other procurement managers, AP leadership, and BPO teams to ensure clarity and follow-through. Bring a highly customer centric approach to resolving issues Be comfortable with ambiguity Thrive in a super fast paced environment Influence, educate and manage internal key stakeholders on best practices for purchasing towards long term solutions. Benchmark and facilitate best practices, analyze and monitor compliance; drive improvements through reporting and recommendations.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or operational roles with exposure to data analysis or reporting.
  • You have experience leading or managing teams, ideally in a regional or shared-services environment.
  • You’re comfortable using data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • You have hands-on experience working with procurement or finance systems (must-have: Coupa, NetSuite; optional: Zip or similar tools).
  • You communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy improving how teams work through structure and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and growing relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a rapid growth environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communicator, with strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills to act as an effective change agent, unlocking barriers to value for priority spend sub categories.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Working well under pressure and with tight deadlines while maintaining strong accuracy.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to operate as a team player.
