Supports data collection of key performance indicators Creates purchase orders as directed Assists in tracking supplier purchase orders Assists in tracking key supplier metrics including supplier on time delivery Assists in organizing regular supplier on-site visits Assists in obtaining quotes from suppliers for subcontract services, goods, and other purchases as directed Collaborates with cross-functional teams on procurement related projects Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least one year of related experience and/or equivalent education & experience
• Professional phone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Position is required to be on-site, occasional work from home with supervisor approval is available
• Supports and demonstrates the Company’s core values

Responsibilities
