Requirements

  • Enrollment in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program
  • Field of Study: Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Willingness to learn procurement processes and work with confidential documents
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with records management, including filing invoices, contracts, and other procurement documents.
  • Support the team with data entry and reporting, helping maintain accurate and organized procurement records.
  • Help review, organize, and track vendor documents and purchasing activity.
  • Learn the basics of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchase orders, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Procurement team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
