About The Position

We are seeking a Procurement Director to build and lead a modern, strategic procurement function that supports Acumatica’s scale, growth, and operational maturity. This is not a transactional purchasing role. It is a leadership role focused on creating leverage for the business through disciplined sourcing, strong commercial judgment, and clear accountability for spend. The Procurement Director will help shape how the company makes investment decisions and partners across functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role owns enterprise-wide procurement strategy across software, cloud infrastructure, professional services, marketing, and corporate spend. They will work closely with Finance, IT, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing and People teams to ensure we are investing intentionally, negotiating effectively, and operating with transparency. This is a builder role for someone who is comfortable operating at altitude, moving between strategy and execution, creating structure where little exists today, and bringing a clear point of view on how procurement should enable better decisions rather than slow them down. This is a role for someone who isn’t afraid to build, move between detail and strategy with ease, and serve as a true thought partner to senior leadership. The right person will raise the bar for how we operate and help shape the next chapter of Acumatica’s growth. This role reports to the CFO and we're open to hire remotely in the US.
