The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 - 200,000 plus annual incentive bonus and potential LTI. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. Summary Develops and implements enterprise-wide logistic sourcing strategies. Owns sourcing strategy for assigned areas with core focus on transportation and supply chain partners. Manages the sourcing process for carriers, from supplier/service evaluation to negotiating contracts and compliance monitoring. Coordinates and manages the ongoing supplier management process. Maintains an understanding of enterprise needs, relevant industries, and best practices. Manages logistics and carrier sourcing efforts and relationships. Successfully liaise between the site locations and corporate to implement updates to routing changes as needed to support business initiatives. Assuring that we avoid disruption to customer service levels and metrics.
