As a procurement center of excellence lead, you'll drive procurement best practices across the enterprise. In this role you'll perform process and opportunity analytics. Using the procure-to-pay software tool, you'll support our internal stakeholders through data requests and provide day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving. You'll partner with various subject matter experts across the organization and help facilitate our long-term strategic vision to improve the procurement process work. In addition, you'll promote continuous improvements and organizational change management for governance, risk, and compliance initiatives as the business continues to grow. This is a hybrid role, which means you'll work in-office 1 day a week.

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.
  • OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field of study (e.g., Finance, Business) and a minimum of four years' experience in analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or supplier diversity.

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years of experience in procurement including contract negotiation and knowledge of supplier risk management.
  • Working knowledge of the Coupa platform and marketing analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A strong foundation in data analytics and expert level Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables).
