As a Procurement Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in supporting our procurement team by organizing critical information, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project execution. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or additional education is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of estimating or transferable experience; HVAC industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong math and analytical skills for accurate project scoping and cost estimation.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong documentation skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • High interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC industry experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate estimating work following established processes.
  • Review specifications and customer requirements to determine quality and methods.
  • Source material pricing and prepare proposals for customers.
  • Update job statuses via third-party platforms and communicate with customers.
  • Order parts, track deliveries, and coordinate with the dispatch team for installation scheduling.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Support additional procurement initiatives as needed.
  • Prioritize organizational needs, ensuring timely delivery of cost estimates and project tracking.
  • Process warranties for residential and commercial clients.
  • Maintain procurement databases and reports for reference.
  • Assist with special projects and provide geographic or expertise-based support.
