Responsibilities

Apply your analytical thinking skills to make impactful vendor decisions
Benchmark the latest industry trends and practices to keep a fresh view on the competitive landscape
Conduct prequalification and shortlisting of suppliers
Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible
Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
Have a passion for reducing costs and a track record of success in this area
Lead key meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems
Manage contract development, finalisation, and administration with rigorous attention to detail
Provide updates via reporting and dashboards
Recommend awards based upon your bid analysis and market knowledge
Use your excellent focus on details and organizational skills to keep the team running smoothly
