About The Position

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process, with a strong focus on data analytics, requisition execution from approved contracts, and delivering exceptional service to internal business partners. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a controlled environment and an understanding of procurement practices that align with regulatory expectations, including third-party risk management, audit readiness, and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with procurement or ERP platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Procurement Operations function, supporting enterprise-wide procurement activities in a regulated financial institution
  • Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process efficiencies while supporting reporting requirements for leadership and audit
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions based on executed and approved contracts, ensuring alignment with contract terms, pricing, and internal controls
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, as well as regulatory expectations related to third-party risk management (TPRM), vendor due diligence, and audit requirements
  • Partner closely with Sourcing, Vendor Management, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure proper onboarding and ongoing management of third parties
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of procurement data within systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP), supporting audit and regulatory reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reporting for internal audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls
  • Other duties as needed.
