About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent Manager (Level K) to join the Secondary Structures Contracts team located in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities: Lead and motivate Procurement Agents in contracting, agreement drafting and negotiation Train and develop Procurement Agents to increase supplier contracting knowledge base within the Secondary Structures Procurement Organization Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Consults on proposal analyses and development strategies to increase production system stability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
  • 5+ years of experience with supplier contracting including agreement drafting and negotiation
  • 1+ years of experience in a formal managerial role including people management, performance evaluation, training and development
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and presenting executive briefings and driving strategy definition cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a formal leadership role
  • Experience with Procurement Finance and building cross functional partnership with Procurement Financial Analysts
