About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent to join our 777 Value Stream Integration team in Everett, Washington. This position will provide the exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, integrating across supply chain, factory, engineering, and other key stakeholders to resolve issues impacting production. Ideal candidates will be comfortable communicating with leadership and have experience presenting to large groups. Our teams are currently hiring for Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Procurement Agent. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

• Level 4: 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes
• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
• 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

Responsibilities

• Develops strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, including the ability to gain rapport.
• Work directly with supplier and operations to resolve emergent issues.
• Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders to drive improvements and meet the needs of our internal and external customers
