Procurement Administrator

This individual will be responsible for all administrative functions for the Procurement Team. This position coordinates with all employees within the Procurement team and other departments. Sanimax is a stable and growing company that has been in business for 85+ years. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • M3 System knowledge/Experience
  • Advanced/Strong computer skills – Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of transportation
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized, versatile, with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about training with the ability to develop, train and coach
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Creates all new accounts in system
  • Customer renewals to contracts
  • Account Changes (Addresses/Phone/Pricing)
  • Assist Reps with inquiries/questions
  • Report Running for various customers/Reps
  • Zendesk Tickets- Review all and assign to individual Reps
  • Communication & Working with Customers as needed
