The Procure to Pay team within Microsoft are experts in compliant and accurate payments to Microsoft Suppliers and Partners. We leverage digital technologies and data-driven insights to streamline payment processes and influence business decisions. As a P2P Engagement Manager, you will have deep understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving process efficiency. Acting as the liaison between procurement, finance, and IT, you will manage requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier collaboration. Your role includes influencing system enhancements, optimizing workflows, and providing guidance and training to stakeholders on P2P best practices.
