EquipmentShare is searching for student interns to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SUMMER of 2026.

Requirements

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Treasury/Finance as well.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python) are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with special projects related to Procure to Pay including:
• Establishing Looker Dashboards that drive KPI measurement and process improvements
• Documenting and testing SOPs, including the management of the repository
• Assist with a project aimed at optimizing the AP monthly reversing accrual entry for unprocessed invoices.
