About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procore Application Administrator and Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Procore application. This role requires a deep understanding of project management processes, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Procore within our client’s organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering Procore at the Company level (not just project-level use).
  • Proving a deep understanding of Procore’s application architecture and application components.
  • Proven experience designing and configuring construction management workflows and processes.
  • Strong understanding of construction project delivery and documentation practices.
  • Experience training internal teams and external partners (contractors/consultants).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a technical consultant in a related industry

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a public-sector owner or airport authority environment.
  • Familiarity with Project Controls concepts (budgeting, change management, forecasting, reporting).
  • Experience with system governance, data standards, and auditing requirements.
  • Knowledge of integrations, reporting tools, or analytics platforms (Power BI, SharePoint, ERP connectors, etc.).
  • Procore certifications (Procore Certified: Project Manager, Procore Certified: Company Admin, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial primary Procore Company Administrator and main point of contact for internal stakeholders, project teams, and external users.
  • Ensure Procore is configured to support clients' policies, audit expectations, and construction documentation requirements.
  • Lead new workflow design across Procore modules, partnering with Project Management, Project Controls, Finance, and Field Teams to standardize processes.
  • Configure and maintain: Tool settings, permissions, workflows, statuses, and approval routing
  • Align Procore processes with clients’ internal procedures and reporting expectations.
  • Manage new project implementations from kickoff through stabilization
  • Support rollout planning, stakeholder onboarding, and go-live execution.
  • Administer user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and permissions management for clients’ employees, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and deliver role-based training (Owner team, PMs, Inspectors, Designers, Contractors, Finance).
  • Create and update job aids and SOP documentation (quick reference guides, checklists, videos, FAQs).
  • Provide ongoing coaching and adoption support to drive consistent usage and data quality.
  • Support operational reporting needs for internal leadership and capital program stakeholders.
