About The Position

Raymond West is looking for dynamic Processor/Aftermarket Quote Administrator to join our Service team! The Aftermarket Quote Administrator creates quotes with information provided by technicians and parts department for customer approval on service work needed/suggested. Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
Familiar with Microsoft office Suite and similar software
General math abilities in creating quotes.
Multitasking and teamwork are imperative. Quick data entry skills and accurate, efficient 10-kay is required.
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of one-year experience in administrative support and customer service.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track quotes to completion (approved/denied). Manage number of open quotes to keep them at a minimum company wide.
Answers questions a customer may have, gaining approval and obtaining purchase order, or denial.
Create quote and send to customer.
Enter quote information and customer special requirements into billing system.
