Requirements

• High School GED
• 1-3 years Business transaction processing

Responsibilities

• Process work requiring review, correction, completion, coding, calculations, reconciliation, data entry or filing
• Identify and correct errors in accuracy, completeness, or authorization
• Initiate transactions which result in monetary, coverage, and entitlement changes
• Enter and retrieve data on computer terminals and may utilize automated systems
• Answer or make telephone, written, or in person inquiries, receiving or providing information and resolving routine problems
• Coordinate regular work or problem solving activities with other areas as needed
• Protect the confidentiality of information
