About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on training professional to support associates in our Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring employees are trained to work safely, efficiently, and with quality at the forefront. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Training leadership to deliver effective onboarding, on‑the-job training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with the ability to train and influence others
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams at all levels of the organization
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety, quality, and consistency
  • Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to learn new systems and use computer applications at an intermediate level
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, operations, or logistics
  • High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Proven ability to meet quality and productivity standards

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on, on‑the-job training for new and existing associates on SOPs within assigned departments
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Quality, Safety, and Security processes
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation as needed
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to identify and recommend process improvements
  • Review and help update SOPs with Training, Engineering, and Leadership teams
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, audits, and skill assessments
  • Support operational needs as required
