This is a for a Process Technician position based in Fremont, California. This role is part of process team to develop new processes and equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Under safety guideline, health regulations and work practice you will be responsible for: Prepare wafers for experiment. This will include loading wafers, cleaning wafers and sometimes cleaving and mounting wafers for coupon processing. Process wafers . Coordinate with process engineers to set up and operate process equipment, modify process recipes and run experiment . Collect and log process conditions and equipment data. Record experimental observation. Operate metrology tools to measure wafer properties and particles performance. Operate Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) by sample preparation and SEM imaging. Clean process chamber and chamber parts. Install chamber hardware when needed. Operate wet lab equipment with proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Organize used wafers for cleaning and recycle. May require to work extended hours in cleanroom environment
