About The Position
Evaluate new hardware platforms and process chemistries and perform fundamental research, chemistry development, and the generation of intellectual property relevant to the company. Develop revolutionary wet process technologies, enabling future DRAM technology nodes. Improve existing processes and enhance process capability, productivity, and efficiency. Coordinate and carry out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement change process step, lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handle new process baseline qualifications and manage, audit and liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives.

- Wet Etch processing and characterization
- Numerical Analysis, optimization, and/or simulation
