Process Management Analyst
About The Position
Reporting to the Manager, Product Management Operations, the Process Management Analyst supports operational excellence by executing and improving business processes across various functional areas. This role ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in workflows that include product lifecycle management and data maintenance. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and supports the implementation of scalable solutions.This position is Hybrid requiring 3 days per week onsite at either the Chicago or Lake Forest, IL offices. This position is not eligible for any form of sponsorship now or in the future. Individuals requiring sponsorship (e.g. OPT or H1B visa status) should not apply. Only individuals authorized to work in the United States now and for the foreseeable future will be considered for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 + years of relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with workflow and data tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, SQL, and reporting platforms.
- Experience analyzing data and drawing insights into problem solving and continuously improving processes.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and execute various operational activities involving product lifecycle processes and data maintenance activities.
- Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and support the development of tools that enhance operational workflows.

- Manage feedback channels and resolve issues to improve data quality and customer experience
- Support project execution and reporting activities, including tracking milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain and apply knowledge of process impacts upstream and downstream systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, SQL-based systems), providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and compliance standards in all process execution activities.
