About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, positive, results-driven Director to join our newly formed Process Innovation Team. This role is pivotal in re-shaping our business processes – aiming to optimize end-to-end processes, eliminate redundancies, and improve key metrics. This individual will partner with the business and our Process Manager on mapping out the current state process, identify pain points, and provide recommendations for future state process design. We are looking for someone who loves to collaborate cross-functionally, can communicate effectively, and thinks strategically on how to improve processes. This is an individual contributor role with potential to evolve into a people leadership position.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, consulting, change management, or business transformation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to communicate concepts clearly
  • Embraces new technologies and solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and Lucid
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma and ADKAR change management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end business process analysis with the support from the Process Manager, working with stakeholders to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for optimization or automation.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather insights on pain points, performance gaps, and unmet needs within existing processes.
  • Design future-state process models aligned with business objectives, and operational goals.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations backed by data and best practices in process improvement.
  • Communicate effectively what the business needs are and be able to work with the Technology teams to determine what capabilities are possible
  • Participate in solution design sessions to ensure proposed technologies or AI solutions meet operational needs and deliver measurable value
  • Help bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical teams to drive shared understanding and outcomes.
  • Identify key success metrics on new process design, quantifying expected benefits.
