NIKA is hiring for a Process Improvement Analyst to provide support services to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) Planning and Policy Support Program! Program Description The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) is responsible for developing all requirements including planning, maintenance, operations, and construction efforts for all medical facilities, including military construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) project for the Military Health System. DHA FE receives organization-wide operation demand signals in coordination with the DHA Healthcare Operations Directorate and seeks input from various stakeholders throughout the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. All MTF requirements for facility related work is captured in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system for maintenance, operations, project requirements, real property, energy, sustainability, and planning.
