THE ROLE The Process Excellence Manager, Accounts Receivable & Credit will drive transformational improvement across global AR, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application processes. This high-level individual contributor will partner closely with operational leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline operations and mature processes. The focus will be on leveraging automation, optimization, and innovative design to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and working capital performance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Cash Application.
  • Proven expertise in implementing cash application automation and intelligent receivables tools.
  • Required experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent (Green Belt certification preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large-scale transformation, coupled with strong project management skills and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end process enhancements that improve AR&C efficiency and compliance globally.
  • Drive continuous process optimization, leveraging methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, to build scalable, automated operations for the future.
  • Spearhead the utilization of automation and AI tools for cash application and predictive reporting to elevate process maturity.
  • Act as a project manager, overseeing AR&C projects from charter to execution and providing executive-level status reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales Operations, Finance) to redesign processes supporting new company growth and go-to-market models.
